Confirmation of Details

All details, including menu choice, numbers and seating plan are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the function.

Room Hire

Room hire is $1000, which covers room hire for 5 hours.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation within12 weeks of the function, the deposit is not refundable. The deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled with four months or more written notice.

Public Holidays

In the event that your function falls on a public holiday, a surcharge of $20 per head will be incurred.

Reservations

Tentative reservations will be held for a period of two weeks (14 days). Payment of a non-refundable deposit of $1000 (room hire) is required to hold this date.

Function Time

The costings are based around a five (5) hour function.

Payment

Full and total payment of the function including a dry till (if applicable) is due two weeks in advance of the function. If there is an increase in the number of guests or additional charges occur, they are to be finalised prior or immediately after the conclusion of the function.
Crooked River accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Bank Cheque, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and Bank card.

Security Deposit - 21st Birthdays and Large Functions

21st birthdays, large weddings and functions of a large nature require a credit card imprint of $2000 security deposit against damages and breakage.

Bar Supervisor / Security

There is also a minimum of two (2) security personnel and one (1) barman at cost to the customer.
